Budget Self Storage has been serving the self storage needs of residential customers since 1992. While many self storage facilities are simply warehouses renting space, Budget Self Storage understands that residential customers have other needs so we go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy those customer service needs. Below is a list of services Budget Self Storage currently offers to residential customers:
- Monthly Storage Rental. We have many different sizes of units, from 4’ x 5’ to 20’ x 20’ Rooms. We can also build custom storage spaces to meet a customer’s individual needs. There are no minimum stays, and all contracts are month-to-month.
- No Security Deposit, No Credit Check, No Hidden Fees. For qualified customers1 Budget Self Storage does not require a security deposit or credit check to rent a unit. Other than the optional storage insurance, Budget Self Storage does not charge any administrative or other hidden fees for new rentals.
- Free Move Service. Budget Storage Systems offers a local free move2 using our official Budget Storage Systems truck to our facility for new customers. You don’t have to rent or borrow a truck when you rent from Budget Self Storage, just call us and we’ll take care of your stuff for you.
- Expert Advice. With nearly 20 years experience in storage and moving, Budget Self Storage employees are highly trained in customer service, helping you choose the right unit, supplies, and assisting with moving and logistics. Our Professional Moving Consultants are always ready to assist you.
- Packing and Moving Supplies. We offer a complete range of moving and packing supplies [link] to help you protect your belongings.
- Storage Solutions. We offer various sizes of steel rack systems designed to keep your unit organized and help you make the most efficient use of your space.
- Climate Controlled Units. Many of our units are climate controlled for proper storage of items sensitive to the elements.
- Easy Access. Budget Self Storage features four deck-height loading docks for easy loading and unloading, free flatbed carts3 for moving your belongings, an extra-large industrial-strength elevator and an ADA-compliant handicapped entrance. Our convenient hours of operation4 also makes it easy for our customers to access their belongings whenever they need to.
- High Security. As a former ice-cream factory, Budget Storage Systems is built like a brick fortress. All access points are covered by constantly monitored closed-circuit cameras, so that no one can enter the building without our security team knowing. All customers provide their own locks and keys, so that they have exclusive access to their unit contents.
- Other Moving and Packing Services. In partnership with (not sure yet!) Budget Self Storage offers a full range of moving services, including local and long distance moving and white-glove packing and moving service. Contact us for more information or a free quote.

- Business Record Management Services. Think of us like an extra office just for your files. We can pick up your files4 , keep them organized using our bar coded inventory control system, and deliver the files to your office when you need them, or even ship them anywhere you specify. We can also fax documents if needed.
- Package Receiving. You can have packages and deliveries sent directly to our facility, and we will keep them secure for you.
- Emergency 24-Hour Access. We understand that businesses sometimes have emergencies that arise outside of normal operating hours. We maintain a storage facility hotline with a facility employee on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so that you can have access to your records and documents anytime.
